ABOUT

I’m a Lead UX Designer who drives strategic, user-centered digital experiences in complex enterprise environments. I currently lead end-to-end UX research and design for enterprise surveillance solutions at Click It Inc., supporting large retail chains that are publicly traded and privately held. From discovery through implementation, I translate research insights into clear, intuitive interfaces that align business objectives, technical realities, and user needs. Partnering closely with engineering and executive leadership, I ensure every solution is scalable, production-ready, and grounded in measurable impact.

My work is rooted in strategic storytelling. I excel at crafting digital experiences that not only function seamlessly but also communicate purpose, build trust, and strengthen brand presence.

I graduated from NYU with a master’s degree in Integrated Design and Media, where I developed a strong foundation in human-centered design and accessibility. I bring these practices to every project, ensuring the experiences I design are thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive.

Growing up in Pakistan shaped my adaptability, empathy, and appreciation for diverse perspectives. These qualities inform my leadership style and influence both my research and design approach. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, chasing new adventures, and tasting my way through different cuisines.

I’ve been recognized for my work in accessibility, inclusion, and leadership, reflecting my commitment to designing experiences that meaningfully connect people to the tools and services they rely on most - see my full list of awards.
